Bora hansgrohe double at the Giro di Romandie: Sergio Higuita won the Aigle-Zinal (Val d'Anniviers) of 180.1 km, fourth stage with six mountain grand prix and a vertical drop of 4,100 meters, in front of teammate Alexander Vlasov.

Long day break with, among the protagonists, Ion Izagirre, James Knox, Harm Van Houcke and Oscar Rodriguez, all taken up on the last climb. The group of the best, pulled by the Jumbo Visma, lost the pieces on the final ascent: among the first to break away Dylan Teuns and the winner of the last edition, Geraint Thomas.

At -9 from the conclusion, Einer Rubio (Movistar) tries while the big ones are regular, thanks to a final ascent with not impossible slopes. The Colombian, however, is caught at 300 meters from the finish: the winning shot is by his compatriot Higuita who beats Vlasov, Ayuso and O'Connor.

Rohan Dennis maintains the lead in the general classification and ends with a hill climb tomorrow.
