Fabio Jakobsen vince anche la quinta e ultima tappa della Vuelta Valenciana dimostrando di essere in grande forma in questo inizio di stagione. Lo sprinter olandese della Quick Step Alpha Vynil precede Elia Viviani (Team Ineos Grenadiers) e Alexander Kristoff (Intermarché Wanty Gobert). 

Quarto e quinto posto per il duo della Bingoal, Dupont, Aniolkowski, che precedono Matteo Trentin (UAE Team Emirates).

Aleksandr Vlasov si conferma leader della classifica generale e vince la corsa davanti a Remco Evenepoel (a 32”) e Carlos Rodriguez (terzo a 36”).
