Pello Bilbao wins the third stage of the Itzulia Basque Country from Llodio to Amurrio of 181.7 km. Second place for Julian Alaphilippe who, after yesterday's victory, proves to have recovered a good condition in view of the Ardennes classics. In third position, however, is placed Aleksandr Vlasov , in a sprint that includes other big names such as Gaudu and Mas, respectively fourth and fifth and Roglic, seventh.

The Slovenian is still the leader of the general classification with a 5 "advantage over Evenepoel and 14" over Vlasov.
