Seth Dunwoody (Bahrain Victorious Development Team) won the fourth stage of the Giro Next Gen, from Manerbio to Salsomaggiore Terme, 134 km. Second and third place went to Patrick Boje Frydkjaer (Lidl-Trek Future Cycling) and Aubin Sparfel (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Development Team).

Jarno Widar (Lotto Development Team) remains in the Pink Jersey as leader of the general classification, with Lorenzo Finn second at 7” and Luke TuckWell third at 27”.
