Primoz Roglic wins the final time trial and wins his third consecutive Vuelta. The Slovenian precedes the excellent Magnus Cort Nielsen and Thymen Arensman.

Roglic precedes in the general classification Enric Mas (second) and Jack Haig (third) who defends himself from the attack of Adam Yates. Excellent performance by David de la Cruz, who overtakes Kuss and ends in seventh place in the general.
