The Frenchman dominates the final half-stage time trial
Paul Seixas wins the Tour de l'Avenir . The French talent wins the final time trial (half-stage, after the first half-stage won by Ridar), beating Nordhagen by 28" and Jarno Widar by 33". Lorenzo Finn takes fourth place, finishing 41" behind the winner, just ahead of Spaniard Torres.
In the overall standings, Seixas leads Widar by 40" and Nordhagen by 44". Finn is fourth, 47" behind the winner, while the tall Frenchman Decomble , the current leader, is fifth, finishing 1'20" behind Seixas.
