Super sprint for the Alpecin talent. Ganna remains leader

Tim Merlier won the second stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico, from Camaiore to Sovicille of 219 km, the longest stage of the 2022 edition.

The Belgian Alpecin Fenix preceded Olav Kooji of the Jumbo Visma and Kaden Groves of the Bike Exchange in a sprint in compact ranks. Good fourth Peter Sagan ahead of the first of the Italians, Simone Consonni.
