Lenny Martinez (Bahrain Victorius) wins the fourth stage of the Tour de Romandie, from Sion to Thyon 2000 (118.3 km).
Zwieoff, Barrè and Bernard attempted an attack in the breakaway, with the latter being caught with 12km to go.
Baudin, leader of the classification, drops shortly after the start of the climb and, a few kilometres later, Evenepoel also drops.
The best on the final climb are Almeida and Martinez who leave all their opponents behind, while Rodriguez, Vine and Fortunato chase at about thirty seconds.
Lenny Martinez starts 200 meters from the finish line, takes the final bend in the lead and beats Almeida in the sprint; Fortunato places third.
In the general classification Martinez now has 2" on Fortunato and 3" on Almeida.
