The second stage of the Vuelta a Burgos, finishing in Buniel after 161 km, was dominated by Italian riders. Matteo Moschetti (Q36.5 Pro Cycling) won, beating Matteo Malucelli (XDS Astana), while Juan Sebastian Molano (UAE Team Emirates XRG) rounded out the podium.

Roger Adrià remains the leader of the general classification.
