The non-profit association continues its activities

Road safety continues to be a huge issue for cyclists of all levels. Despite these dramatic numbers, Zerosbatti's work remains a point of reference for all cyclists.

Since 2017, the nonprofit organization founded by lawyer Federico Balconi and his law firm has handled more than 1,500 road accidents , awarding its clients over €9 million in compensation for physical and material damage. These significant numbers demonstrate the effectiveness of a management model that places the victim at the center of its protection and makes timeliness and expertise its strengths.

The Zerosbatti procedure is based on three pillars :

Immediate contact with the accident victim , providing the first and fundamental indications for the correct management of the accident

The accurate and timely collection of all the evidence necessary to obtain recognition of the right.

The correct quantification of damages , both material and physical, based on consolidated competence and experience, is essential to obtaining fair compensation for the damage in a timely manner.

This approach and assistance has allowed the legal team, consisting of lawyers, medical examiners, and motion experts, to resolve 95% of cases out of court, significantly reducing processing times and costs, and avoiding the need to resort to court in almost all claims.

"Our practice," stated Attorney Federico Balconi , "is founded on the belief that effective protection must be rapid, well-documented, and results-oriented, putting people first. Our decision to invest in the immediate collection of evidence and timely handling of cases, with direct contact with the victim, has allowed our clients to obtain concrete and fair compensation, avoiding lengthy legal disputes. Those who have used Zerosbatti services, despite the misfortune of having suffered an accident, have expressed complete satisfaction with the assistance they received, often becoming advocates for our association, which owes its strength to an ever-growing membership."
