According to an excellent Davide Donati

Luke Lamperti (Soudal Quick-Step) won the first stage of the Czech Tour, a short 2.1 race consisting of four stages.

The American won the 163.2 km sprint from Prague to Karlovy Vary, beating Donati and Syritsa . Two other Italians finished in the top ten: Delle Vedove (6th) and Konychev (9th).

Another excellent sign from the 2005-born Donati, riding for the Red Bull Bora Team, who continues his growth path after his victory at the Tour of Wallonia a couple of weeks ago.
