The Slovenian precedes Evenepoel and Seixas

Tadej Pogačar is unbeatable. The Slovenian, after winning the World Championship seven days ago, has also won the European title.

Today in France, in the Ardèche region, the world champion attacked with over 70 km to go, leaving a gap behind and arriving alone at the finish line.

Second place, as in Rwanda, went to Remco Evenepoel, about thirty seconds behind, while the very young Frenchman Paul Seixas finished third, almost four minutes behind. An excellent Cristian Scaroni finished fourth.

Jonas Vingegaard did badly, retiring with 100 km to go.

Also in the top 10 was an incredible Toms Skuijns, followed by Juan Ayuso, Mattias Skjelmose, Pavel Sivakov, Gianmarco Garofoli and Romain Gregoire.
