Federica Venturelli has become the European U23 time trial champion. The athlete from Cremona clocked 34:17 over the 24km course of the continental event in Drôme and Ardèche, France, averaging 42 km/h.

Second, 48 seconds behind, was the defending champion   Anniina Ahtosalo (Finland), third at 51 seconds Luca Vierstraete (Belgium).

Francesca Pellegrini finished in 13th place.
