Italy once again performed well at the European cyclo-cross championships with the Italian double in the junior category achieved by Grigolini and Pezzo Rosola .

Filippo Grigolini, born in 2008, rides for Team Cingolani Specialized. He's already made his road debut, but hasn't achieved any notable results. The Friulian finished 13" ahead of his peer Patrik Pezzo Rosola, who outsprinted Belgian host Lejeune .
